In the event you'll see comics from local artists such as Beerkada, Ambush, Pugad Baboy and many more and also art galleries of pinoy artists who once work at famous comic book companies like DC comics, there are also Marvel and DC comics on sale and also the usual anime merchandises.

Prepare for The Expendables

Movies with an all-star cast of actors and actresses can be rare nowadays, the last one was Oceans' Thirteen, and that was 2007.

This year, expect to get another all-star treatment, and this time a much bigger action packed movie with Silvester Stallone's The Expendables.

The Expendables is starred by Jason Statham, Jet Li, Steve Austin, Mickey Rourke, Randy Couture, Terry Crews and Silvester Stallone (he is also the director of the movie) with cameo appearances by Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Here's the trailer for the movie:

The Expendables will be showing in theaters on August 13 worldwide

NES Cartridges are Tougher

During the old days, game consoles use cartridges to run games, these cartridges are made of plastic casings with circuit boards inside. But today we now use CDs as media device to run games.

But the problem with CDs is that they are very delicate, some scratches here and there and it could render your game useless, and you have to keep them in their CD cases to protect them, unlike game cartridges from old gaming consoles you don't need any cases to protect them, plus they are more durable, heck they can withstand a lot of beating for a decade and still the cartridges still works.

Rinry, a girl gamer, made a video to see how the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) cartridges are really that tough by placing in some almost brutal experiments, from drilling holes to drowning it with rubbing alcohol. Now sit back and enjoy the crazy experiment.
