April 1 was another day of never ending pranks and jokes, why? because it's April Fools day

and some people in the gaming industry had some crazy sense of humor that their fans actually fell for it, so let's take a look on some notable April Fools jokes for this year:

Zombie Food Anyone?

Yeah killing an endless horde of zombies can be tiring, so what's the solution if you ran out of ammo? Well just do what the zombies do, eat them....

Well it sounds crazy, but one company just had this crazy idea and decided to sell zombie jerkies, yes zombie jerkies. Well of course they are not really made of real rotting flesh, they are basically beef jerkies with matching green goo oozing on the greenish meat and also comes with a Teriyucky flavor.

Harcos Laboratories, the guys behind the zombie meat also claims that their zombies "are fed only the best farm-raised produce", now that's a promising claim. They may look disturbing, but if you're into zombies, well what the heck :D

And not only that, they also sell Zombie Blood, with matching green blood color (but in reality these are caffeinated energy drinks)

Some games are really tough, it gives us players real frustration when we try to beat th game, but the game just owns us, good thing there's an easy mode on some games, but what if the game just gotten a lot more easier than you expected?

Gender Bender

We know we have badass characters like Kratos, Master Chief and Altair as well as some hot chicks like Samus Aran and Lara Croft.

April Fools!!

Ahh it's April 1 already, and it's time for pranks and more pranks, well because it's April Fools Day.

People all over the world are celebrating this tradition by making crazy pranks, and even on the internet, one example is on the social network site Facebook. Yes, you might be seeing some shocking status updates from your friends in Facebook like getting engaged or pregnant or maybe something stupid like getting arrested or something, and if you're one of the victims of making comments about their message, then the joke's on you.

But aside from the social network sites, the world of gaming is also keeping the tradition.

Blizzard, the famous creator of hits like World of Warcraft and Starcraft, usually post bizarre and crazy news of updates and announcements which were never real but managed to fool people to think they are really real news, one example would be this April Fools news

Electronic Gaming Monthly, one of the top gaming magazines, was also famous for their April Fools Jokes, and it start on 1991, for more info on the list of their April Fools jokes, you view the list here.

And finally IGN, created one of the best April Fools joke ever, by making a trailer of a Legend of Zelda movie, which wasn't of course real, but because of the impressive effects and acting on the trailer, making people believe that it was a real movie.

I just remembered this trailer that was showed on the E-Games Domination II event last 2008.
This was supposed to be the first locally produced movie for a video game and was planned to be release some time in 2008, well that's what they said....



Well...it's already 2010 and a few more weeks until Domination IV, and still no news about it
So... what the heck happened? Is this one of E-Games special trademark of hyping their games (I can guess you know what I mean lol) or a project destined to be failed.

New Movies as Reto Games

So what if...
Our movies today are as they were today but they time traveled where video gaming are still played on wooden boxes and they are all pixelated and very retro

Yep, you heard that right, imagine some of your new movies and TV series had their own game version but for the retro console like the Atari 2600 (they changed it to CVS 2600 to avoid any copyright infringement), the folks at Penny Design made some cool box arts of retro goodness and they look so real, you can see smudges and stains on the box art .

We always dreamed that some of our favorite video games will one day become full-length feature movie in the silver screen. Some never came true, while some did came true but not all were that great. We can't blame Hollywood if they can't meet the fan's satisfaction.

Fans pray and hope...until one day, out of boredom, they finally made their own movie trailer (or sometimes a real movie) to show the world that their favorite video game is indeed awesome when it's turned into a movie. Resident Evil with Muppets

Who would ever thought that mixing Resident Evil with Muppets would be this crazy.
The doods at IGN and Black20 Studios created Jim Henson's Resident Evil 5 and it was really impressive and funny, from the zombie's make-up to the simple special effects of blood wounds.
And of course, these aren't actual Muppets, but that doesn't really matter. If there's one thing Muppets have taught us over the years, it's how to pretend.

Pink Five meets JoeMAgs...

Hay Eto naman Ang bagong episode ng Ating bida na si Pink FIve. dami na ng rerequest ng next episode. mga 2 sila. hay...#$#%@!@%$

One morning, kasama ni pink five ang kanyang mga classmate na hindi rin maitatago na exteder na rin sa year which is ang 4 yr course na ginawang 5 yr for preparation for their future at gusto pa nila makitang umasenso ang mahal nilang Paaralan.hay...Nagtungo sila sa cr at sa pagkakataong yun nakakita si pink five ng isang mop na nkabalandra sa isang tabi. Dahil sa kapilyuhan ni pink five, kinuha niya ito at nilaro. sinundot niya ng brush ang classmate niyang nag wiwi.(sa paa lang naman bka isipin nyo kung saan) hindi pa kauntento ang ating bida. tinuloy pa rin niya all the way. NAng biglang nagbukas ang pinto ng cr. Isang facilities ng kanilang school. which is my authority talagang magalit.Kitang kita ng 2 mata ng facilities ang ginagawa ni pink five habang ang ating bida ay tuloy pa rin sa kanyan ginagawa. Sinita ang ating bida ng facilities."bakit mo sinunsdot ang kasama mo" sabi ni facilities.(sa paa lang.) "a, hindi ko sinusundot, bumagsak kasi itong mop. tinatayo ko lang. ayaw tumayo hindi ata balance ang flooring. hay sir sino ba gumawa nito." palusot ni PF. "kitang kita ko sinusundot mo eh"ani facilities. "eh hindi nga. tinatayo ko nga eh."ani ni PF."patingin ID mo"sabi ni facilities. "aha 2003 ka pa pala dito, tagal mo na pero kung umasal ka parang bata.hindi ka na nahiya."galit na sabi ni facilities. (nagtatawanan ang mga classmate ni PF habang sinesermonan siya ng facilities.) kinuha ni facilities ang ID ni PF at dadalhin daw sa guidance. Nang aalis na si facilities sa CR hinabol ito ni PF at sabay tawag na sir JOEMAGS!!!. luminga naman si Facilities. "ano sabi mo"sabi ni facilities. "sir bukas ba makukuha ko na ID ko? "mahinahon at madamdaming sabi ni PF. "oo kaso kailangan mo gawin ang consequence ng kasalanan mo". sabi ni facilities. Umalis na si facilities sabay naman lapit ng mga classmate ni PF. "Pink five ano sinabi mo kay sir facilties. ang angas mo pa hinabol at sinigawan mo siya ng JOEMAGS. hmmm ano nga pala ang JOEMAGS? name niya ba yun". tanong ng classmate ni PF na papangalanang nating MAster Idol.ahehehehehe. "ah. JOEMAGS lang hindi ninyo alam, para naman kayong mga inosente, ngayon lang lumaki at mga inutil. hay explain ko. ang JOEMAGS ay magaling." sagot ni PF . "ano sense nun." sabi ng isang classmate ni PF na papangalanang nating FAFS (FAFS is the short term for Papa na naging FAFA dahil sa mga gay....respect po sa kanila. not intended to mention...) "hay kaya JOEMAGS kasi nag jujumagaling siya." sagot ni PF (actually nagjujumagaling talaga ang term eh kaso alam naman nting si PF ay maraming term na hindi natin alm. so ang JOEMAGS ay social terms na mga nagjujumagaling). Sa tuwing nakikita nila PF ang facilities tinatawag na nila itong sir JOEMAGS at di nagtagal ginamit na nila ang term na yun. Hindi nag tagal tinawag din nila si sir JOEmags ng looking wow feeling wow dahil sa kakisigan at kagandahang lalaki ni sir JOEMAGS. birador ng mga students. chick boy na walang chiks..ahahhahaha

ang mga character na ginamit ko ay idea lang kaya wala sanang masasaktan kung meron talagang ganito. hay. eto lang naman ang nakikita ko. hanggang sa susunod na episode. pag me nagrequest dami pa trabaho... U

The Story of PINK-FIVE

First and foremost...I'd like to welcome you guys to my blog ^^

for my blog's debute, here's a story of pink-five

Pink Five: A new Beginning.

Pink Five...? sino nga ba si Pink five? Si Pink Five ay isang pangkaraniwan at tipikal na estudyante ang hangad sa buhay ay makatapos sa kurso na kanyang kinuha. Actually computer engineering ang kurso na kinuha niya sa isang eskwelahan na nakalagay sa Recto. hmmmm... malapit sa LRT 2, basta along Recto. Fav color nya ay pink na sumisimbolo ng kadalisayan.. ano? well sa point of view nya. Then, fifth year na siya sa kurso niya na dapat 4 na taon nya lang kukunin. It means extended pa siya sa pagaaral. magaling magaling. Simple lang siyang magisip, natutunan nya ito dahil sa mga equations na naencounter na nya at naencounter nya pa dahil sa pagmamaster sa mga subject. Astig sya kung astig. Sa porma nyang walang katulad makikilala mo kaagad siya. With his pink bag na ang print ay puro pig at ang kanyang malaking shades na lagi nya suot kahit gabi na. Long hair sya dahil sinasanay na nya ang sarili nya sa malamig na lugar. hmmmmm?. Hilig nyang maglaro ng Dota, actually ayaw siyang kakampi ng mga classmate nya dahil sa galing nyang magpataba ng bantay nya. Mahusay din syang dumiskarte sa mga chiks, nakilala sya sa kanilang skul bilang certified chickboy. Ang chickboy na walang chiks.
So much for the introduction ng kamoteng pink five na yan. Break time, 4 hours to go para sa next class ni Pink five. Nagpunta sya sa isang malaking computer shop na nakalagay sa Recto. Sa dami ng tao nagpareserve sya. Sinulat nya ang name nya sa Papel kung saan mahigit 30 pa na student ang nakareseve bago siya. Makalipas ang 2 oras na paghihintay, mahigit 18 na lang ang nakareserved bago siya makapaglaro. "ampupu parang hindi umaandar ang reservation list, nakatapos na ko ng 2 game kakanood ang layo ko pa rin." sa isip isip ni Pink five. nagtanong siya sa nagbabantay. "kuya sir ako na ba ang next?" sabi ni PF. "boss 18 pa bago ka. tatawagin na lang kita pag me kwan, kwan, bakante na." sabi ni kuya sir. "ok tawagin mo ko ha. Pink five name ko." sabi ni PF. 3 oras na ang lumipas ngunit hindi pa rin tinatawag si PF. "kuya sir!!! ampupu naman 3 hours na kong naghihintay ala pa din ba. ayaw nyo bang kumita dahil sa paglalaro ko. galit na banat ni PF. "boss 6 na lang po bago po kayo." kuya sir said. "anim pa!!! ampupu talaga." galit na banat ni PF. Lumipas pa ang 30 mins ngunit hindi pa rin nakakapaglaro si PF. Sa sobrang galit ni PF kinuha nya ang reserved list ng dahan dahan sa mesa na kung saan bantay ni kuya sir. hindi napansin ni kuya sir na nawala ang reserved list dahil sa pagka busy pagbilang ng salapi. "Aha, lima pa pala ang nakareserved bago ako, ampupu tong mga name na to, mabura nga.!!!! harharharharhar!" sa isip ni PF. Hindi pa nakuntento sa PF nilagay pa nya sa tabi ng mga na cross out na name ang word na im going home. Dahan-dahan nyang binalik ang reserved list sa mesa ni kuya sir. nag roll call si kuya sir, nakita nya ang mga naka crossout na name at naisip nyang umuwi na nga ung mga nakalagay dun. "Pink Five!!!." sigaw ni kuya sir. "ako na ba? " kunwaring walang alam na sagot ni PF. "sabi ko naman syo kuya sir ako unahin nyo kita nyo umuwi na yung mga kamote na yan.hahahahaha. tandaan mo ko ha. PINK FIVE." mayabang na sagot ni PF. "number 58 ka." sabi ni kuya sir. "yun, makakalaro din, tagal kong naghintay yari tong mga kamote na to, hindi ko sila pagbibigyan.hahahahaha, killer ata ang laro ko. magamit ko lang si razor tapos na.hahahaha, masasayang mga pera nito.hahahahah" bulong ni PF sa sarili. uupo na siya sa kanyang pwesto ng biglang syang natumba. bangon kagad siya at nakita nyang namatay lahat ang computer including sa computer ng kahera. "ampupu, namatay lahat." sabay tingin sa relo. "It's 2:50 na, 3 ang klase ko!!!" malakas na pagsasalita mag isa ni PF. (11:00 am ang start ng break nya then 3:00 ang start ng next class nya. bale 4 hours break...hmmmmm.) "kuya sir hindi na pala ako maglalaro, cancel mo na lang." sabi ni PF kay kuya sir.Nakatingin lahat ng mata kay PF ngunit patay malisya lang siya at agad na umalis sa lugar na yun. "walang nakakita na napatid ako sa cable, galing ko talagang magpalusot. hahahahaha!" sa isip isip ni PF. Nagwaste siya ng 4 hours kakahintay. Iba talaga si PF.
